    Was assigned a 2nd floor (3rd level) room facing the side road for the 1st night. Potentially the worst hotel stay I've experienced. Room appears ok, but soundproofing was bad. I could hear people chatting along the walkway at the ground level, let alone the noisy Malaysian vehicles. Water seemed to be flowing through my ceiling when the toilet upstairs flushed. Requested for a higher level room the next morning, and managed to switch to a 7th floor room with no window on the inner side of the building. Room was great, though a part of the floor was cracked and uneven, and I could faintly hear people talking and snoring behind the doors of the connected room. The shower was unable to maintain a decent temperature for extended time. When you hit a comfortable temperature, it would stay for <1min before turning cold.
