An amazingly warm welcome and checked in without issues, was initially put off as received an email saying I had to download an app to check in and get the key and having signed up for it could t get it to work….. so Was a little worried but the lady on the check sorted everything out. She was incredibly professional and helpful, the room was good too, really good location for Tower Bridge, the breakfast was great as well, only downside was no coffee machine and they had coffee bags, which I didnt like.

We go to London pretty often and wouldn’t start anywhere else. Everything is top class, professional, confident and safe. Couldn’t fault. Executive lounge is always a winner and savage garden on roof top is icing on the cake for great London views and a touch of class
