Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!

Booked and confirmed room was sold to someone else. We were given an attic, 26 degrees, impossible to sleep. After forwarding our complaint, we were offered total refund , except tax. We accepted. Later we noticed this promise was not fulfilled. We sa someone who stayed at the same hotel were tricked on their promised refund for four days. Guests having breakfast in lobby! The only positive with this hotel is locatiin. Wouldn’t stay there again!

I had the best view of the lake and super convenient to train station (5 min walk to funiculare and train station) and the rest of the waterfront. The marina amd waterfront are right across the street and you can catch a boat ride easily there. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was well done too. The location was perfect and very centrally located so close to everything. The restaurant and cafe closest to hotel were excellent!

Great little hotel right across from the lake. Beautiful view, comfortable room with everything we needed and a great cross breeze. The breakfast was great for us…typical European fare and they boiled me an egg to have with their wonderful bread. There is a fridge and a safe and it’s right on the strip so we could walk either walk to see the lake and the parks. Terrific in every way with great customer service. Could not have asked for more.

What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was and I would definitely stay there again.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel, we booked a room with a view of the lake and a huge balcony, so beautiful. My husband thought it was our best breakfast yet and it was included. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Staff were terrific.

This is a wonderful hotel choice. Our view of the lake was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It is located around shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the town and exploring. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will stay there again. Highly recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the boat docks and you can easily stroll to numerous restaurants. Book a room with the lake front view for a beautiful view. These rooms are also slightly larger.

This hotel is in a beautiful area on the lake... the people were sweet and breakfast was great... but dont reserve the room by the desk...it was the smallest hotel room we have ever seen...so if it would have been cheaper than $167 for 1 night...then we would have no complaints...but we felt it was too pricey for the size of the room...

Delightful stay in the perfect location. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Fantastic breakfast. Would be happy to recommend. We reserved a "SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM – LAKE VIEW WITH BALCONY" so it had a small "ante" room attached to the bedroom. The ones without that are quite small, so just be aware. Lovely all the way around.

Locarno is not a car friendly town but hotel has 3 parking spaces for guests to use. Need to park in public parking to check in then find their spaces. Hotel is central and close to everything so once there all is good.
