An amazing hotel with all amenities, very friendly personels from the gates to the beach. An outstanding buffet . My advice to you is to go and enjoy a wonderfull place to stay fearless of any misconduct or bad behaviors.

This hotel is a disgrace. I don’t even knows where to start. The staff are the biggest problem, rude, corrupt or both! For example; one afternoon I went to lunch and was gone from the pool around an hour, when I returned all my belongings had been thrown on the floor and my sun lounger taken. It turned out this wasn’t a guest but a random guy from the street who knows the shift manager. He went into a panic when I asked the name of the hotel GM so I could complain and found me another lounger, opposite where I had been, where I had to watch his interactions with his friend at the other side of the pool. A couple of days after this I sprained my ankle (nothing to do with the hotel). I asked to book one more night as I wasn’t able to walk easily. The reception was out and out nasty and rude. Very hostile from the start of the interaction then told me they were full. They weren’t I booked an extra night online, went down again and asked if I could keep the same room and made him aware that I would complain about this, which triggered overly nice behaviour every time I saw him for the next two days trying to avoid the complaint, The there’s the fact the palace is dirty, unsafe and unkempt, room hadn’t been cleaned properly and had broken furniture, the pool has loose wires in it, the restaurant serverd stale, inedible tuna pizzas, the sun loungers were filthy, the parasols filthy and fill of holes. I would not recommend a stay here to anyone, this place is an absolute embarrassment to the movenpick brand. It was my first time at a Movenpick hotel. There will never be a second time after this,

The stay was comfortable, the amenities were good, the reception was excellent, and the four nights were enjoyable. I will definitely come back next time and will be with my family.

Value of money is very low, the hotel room is outdated, bathroom always clog, I asked for an iron from room service they said today we don’t have we can bring it tomorrow! Room service to rooms take an hour at least! This cannot be 5 stars nor an international respected chain hotel!
