Hotel Marhaba Club

The first impression was already very positive. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She explained everything very clearly and in detail, so from the beginning we knew exactly how everything worked and where to find what we needed. We were also very pleasantly surprised to find out that our room had been upgraded to a sea-view room free of charge. It was such a nice gesture and definitely made our stay feel a little more special. One of the things we liked the most was the outdoor area. The hotel grounds are really beautiful and very well taken care of. The pools, grass, palm trees and gardens are all very well maintained, and the whole exterior feels relaxing, clean and pleasant. You can really see that a lot of attention goes into keeping these areas in good condition. The staff in general was another big plus. Everyone we interacted with was always very kind, welcoming and polite, and we always felt comfortable asking for help or information. We also really enjoyed the buffet. It was very large, with a lot of different dishes and plenty of variety, so there was always something to choose from. The food was good and we appreciated the fact that there were many different options available rather than the same few things every day.

There were only a few small things that, in our opinion, could be improved. The bathroom in our room looked a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel and could probably benefit from some renovation. The window in the room also didn’t close perfectly, which may have been connected to another small issue we noticed: from time to time we could smell cigarette smoke inside the room. We’re not sure if it was coming through the ventilation system or from outside through the window, but it was noticeable occasionally. Another small inconvenience was during dinner. Every time we wanted another drink, we had to wait for a member of staff to refill it. It wasn’t a major problem, but after a while it could be a little annoying. A self-service option for water and soft drinks would probably make things easier and more comfortable for guests. Overall, though, these were really just minor points and they didn’t change the fact that we had a very positive stay.

The hotel was very nice and the food was delicious

housecleaning could be improved. The room and bathroom were not completely clean. I noticed stray hair on the floors, and using floor fresheners would make the bathroom smell much cleaner.

Great Facilities, very good and cooperative Reception staff ، I got free upgrade to very nice sea view suite . Nice and good food for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks for your cooperation

Everything was good

Lovely staff, very respectful, helpful, and responsive location is perfect, youll find many other hotels and resturants nearby. Food choices are pleasant and I like how all these meals are offered sharp ontime.

Bed frame was not the most stable quality. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Very crowded.
