If you are staying in the hotel for holiday with beautiful beaches and swimming, and not planning to explore the city, it is fine for you to stay in the hotel. The hotel provides 3 meals per day, you could stay in the hotel whole day for sure.
However if you want to explore the city, the location of the hotel is around 10 minutes driving away from medina of sousse. And there are dozens taxi drivers waiting outside the hotel to scam you.
Also we were told by the staff all air conditioning in the hotel rooms were not working, it is quite disappointed. Though the weather in Tunisia is not that hot and windy, but we were still expecting air conditioning in a 4 stars hotel.
