    No complaints. amazing staff above and beyond. wide spaced room and washroom. Good brealfast option and loved the all day available coffee, lemonade, and snack bar.

    The amenities listed free parking and airport shuttle service. I mistakenly assumed that we could leave our car in the parking lot while we were on our trip as we have done at another hotel close to the airport. No where did it mention a parking fee of $8 per day. If I hadn’t asked the hotel clerk where we should park our car when we were leaving I wouldn’t have known there was a charge. While $8 a day is fairly reasonable, the only reason I picked the Holiday Inn Express was because I thought they offered free parking. The room itself was fine but had a weird damp smell but we were able to ignore it.

    The beds were really comfy, cleanliness in the room was okay, the elevators and hallways could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was okay, maybe slightly above average.

    Nice location and rooms. Lobby and on elevator areas on all levels had wet floors all the time due to kids using the pool. Never cleaned and often slippery with nobwarning signs. Fire alarm at 5am, no guidance to guests, sat outside and not advised we could return in. Didnt feel safe after that. Otherwise was ok hotel for price and location.
