The front desk people are so nice and accommodating , and they will run back and forth to the airport 24/7

The room was clean and the staff was nice.
We stayed for two nights. During our stay, no one made the bed, emptied the garbage cans, or removed the used towels from our room. We were informed that we needed to specifically request housekeeping services, which was not communicated clearly at the time of check-in. While I understand that hotels may not change sheets daily, I did expect basic services like trash removal, fresh towels, and bed-making to be standard each day.
Additionally, we had an issue with the toilet in our room. When we reported it, we were told to come down to the front desk to get a plumber an address the issue ourselves, which was both surprising and inconvenient.
