Good service and nice facility. Room needs upgrades. Towel bar was about to fall off the wall. Safety handle in bathroom had obviously been ripped out of the wall and a poor patch job. Top shower head didn’t work. Box springs showed signs of wear and tear. Cracking on walls in bathroom which need to be filled with caulking. I was surprised about the condition considering the hotel was built in 2009.

Overall this property was great! One elevator was broken, which did make it inconvenient a couple of times. The work out room was also a little small, making it difficult if more than one person wanted to work out.

We have stayed at this hotel and in this room multiple times as it’s a handicapped accessible room. We have never had the issues we had over this last stay. The room was very dirty - there was fecal matter splashed onto the wall above the toilet and urine and feces on the toilet itself. The shower handles were disgusting and had some kind of sticky yellow substance on it. The towels were not clean at all. We found blood on the sheets as well, so decided to sleep on top of the comforter and we didn’t shower. The room was completely unsanitary. There wasn’t an attendant to help us with these issues at check-out so I wasn’t able to give feedback.

We were in room 203 and it had the door had obviously been kicked in at some point and the damage was still pretty evident. They should make the repairs to the doors, both the bathroom and the door to the hallway, before they continue renting out this room. People pay good money to stay there they, they deserve to have undamaged doors. Will not be staying at this hotel again. It felt like we were staying in a murder room or something.
