I lived in WF for 30 years….unfortunately we were back for a family funeral. Over the years we’ve stayed in A LOT of places there and this is without a doubt the nicest place to stay in WF. It has become our “must stay” place. We’ll be back and will only stay here.

We usually stay at another hotel and wanted to try something different. We are very happy that we did. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, the aroma was pleasant, and a very friendly staff. Cleanliness was great and the bar was an added benefit. Thank you for a great stay.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Brand new property with an amazing, friendly, and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and all the amenities needed for a short or a long stay. The fitness center and pool, although I didn't use them, looked very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the options I had were delicious. I really can't say enough about this property. We picked it on a whim, on just a place to stay midway through a long road trip, and I was honestly shocked and more than pleased. If I could give this hotel more stars, I certainly would!

From the moment I walked through the doors of the Residence Inn Wichita Falls, I felt like more than just a guest — I felt welcomed like family. The staff here go above and beyond, greeting you with genuine smiles and making sure every need is met with care and efficiency. The suite was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts of home — a full kitchen, cozy living space, and a bed so comfortable it made getting up in the morning a challenge (in the best way). Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, as every detail was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and far beyond the typical hotel fare — hot options, fresh fruit, and even healthy choices for those on the go. The dining area was warm and inviting, perfect for starting the day. Location-wise, it’s ideal: close to shopping, dining, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet for a great night’s rest. What truly sets this Residence Inn apart is the sense of genuine hospitality. The team here doesn’t just do their job — they create an experience you want to come back to. My stay was flawless from start to finish, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Wichita Falls.

Room(s) were filthy and stink. Complained about odor in first room so they moved me to another room which was much more stinky AND DIRTY!!!! Disgusting! Hand prints, sticky residue and stained sheets all over entire room. Front desk refused to move me to another room or come and clean until the next day. House keeping staff rudely came to my room to clean but did not feel comfortable having in my room after interaction. Staff is obviously understaffed and overworked. Left utterly dissatisfied!

We wanted to love the hotel but the trip didn’t meet our expectations. The first room we checked into (2nd floor larger room) hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets were balled up on the couch. Bed not made. Second room given to us was smaller and on the first floor. We stayed for 3 nights and never had the room cleaned. No one ever came by. We checked out Saturday night due to an uncomfortable mattress. Hotel is new but cleaning services were nonexistent. Overall amenities were nice and everything worked. Parking lot was well lit with tons of cameras. Hotel is centrally located to the main part of town.

I like the fact of a small apartment. Your furniture in tact. Your bed is not that comfortable. Your sheets not tight fitting. Last your shower is horrible. Pls put another door. Your breakfast was very good and clean, appreciated. You have everything you need to save money because you can cook and have company in such a small space but workable. Oh and I love your decor and swivel tv.
