    The place was close to the main road and very accessible to shops and restaurants. Staffs were kind and accommodating. Just a bit sad because the air conditioner in our room was not cooling enough. And we can hear the people from the other room too.

    Nice quality bed for it's price. It's only 1000 yen taxi ride from shinjuku to Hotel Listel. Limited but good breakfast

    You stay for the location. These rooms haven't been renovated in 50 years. They should really shave 2000 Yen/night off the price.
