    The location was perfect, making transfer easy and accessible. The property was very clean with well maintained bathrooms and reliable hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities met expectations, offering good amenities, and efficient housekeeping.

    The staff and everyone at the hostel was super chill and friendly so no complains there and I love the youth friendly vibe. The breakfast was good as well. However, I was not happy with my stay. Firstly, the dorms smells rancid like wet stinky feet. It was almost intolerable for me to deal with and had to use essential oils to soothe my ability to smell as I took each breath. The dorms are not cleaned everyday and it’s was a complete shame. Secondly, I specifically requested for a lower bed because of problems with my left knee in my booking and I wasn’t given a lower bed. Thirdly, I was given a bed that had exposed ceilings which meant the light of the bed next to me kept leaking through my bed and apparently there was a open building window/opening or exhaust I think behind me which meant I could hear noises from outside the building. Lastly the location isn’t bad but the nearest station is almost 15 minute walk and if you wanna travel to Shinjuku station that’s like 20-25 minute walk if you have bags.
