Excellent location! So easy to get to from airport (take light rail to byparken, walk 2 blocks). So easy to get to cruise ports, too. Can walk easily with luggage (even in the snow). Staff was wonderful! I had a few requests, ALL of which were met! I was extremely grateful for that. Kitchen with refrigerator is wonderful. Separate bedroom is great. Cute window configuration on top floors. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Customer Service means EVERYTHING! You met all of my needs, and I am so appreciative!

We really enjoyed our stay here - it is a short 3 minute walk from the Byparken station on the light rail from the airport. The area is very walkable - you can walk over to Bryggen in 10 minutes. There are a few convenience stores and grocery stores near by - which is nice because we were quite jet lagged and didn’t have the energy to stay up for dinner while here. Although the hotel didn’t include breakfast, that didn’t bother us. It was pretty quiet although I think some of the rooms facing the main road may possibly hear noise from the night club underneath. All in all, we thought this was a great option and very very clean with comfortable beds.

The room wasn’t set up for all 4 of us at arrival, but service was prompt and friendly to resolve that small problem. Walkable location.
