I had a bad experience with Eurocap Hotels, and I deeply regret it. How can someone be robbed in a hotel? No security and no safety at all

This is the crappiest hotel I have ever been to. Don't stay here if you can. Although it is considered a free smoking area, there was smoke ALL over the halls and you can smell it in our room too. While there is a kitchen with 2 stoves and a small fridge, there wasn't a single pot, pan, bowl, plate, utensil, nothing. There is black mold in the bathroom and it's obvious there is more around the building. EVERY time we wanted to open our door, we had to go back to the front desk to get our card re-fixed. This was a nightmare of a place. There are even roosters right next door.

Chauffeuring a young lady from London to Brussels I just needed a bed for the night before returning to London. As the hotel states check-in closes at midnight I was delighted to be received at 00.30. Secure parking is imperative to me so was pleased spaces were available. As they say, you only get what you pay for, the Eurocap met my requirements.

It is tidier inside than the outside suggests. The lift broke down when we used it and our shower was not operational- the water squirted out the back of the handle instead of the rose.

The tiles as the base of the shower were broken and cracked, causing an extremely sharp floor area from the edge of the broken area. My family member stepped into the shower and their foot was cut because of this, bleeding heavily and requiring stiches. The rooms were also pretty junk. Avoid.

Had a quick stopover while driving Europe. Thay have a small little garage for free and the staff in the reception are very friendy. Helped out with questions about how to get downtown. The rooms are really old, like the time stood still for 30years. They somewhat clean though but there are a smell of smoke and food all over the room.

The rooms and facilities are as advertised on the site. Breakfast is basic but sufficient and is served in a bright room. 24-hr receptionist is present. There are not many other hotel options if you really want one in Jette. However: The quality of maintenance is poor (bathroom did not smell fresh, window did not open/close well, drill holes/visible repairs in the walls, some visible wires in the bathroom ventilation due to a broken cover). The rooms are not sound proof and significant noise filters in from the hallways. Parking is free and plenty, however not recommended for larger cars as the access is narrow. Overall would not recommend this hotel.

The proptery was very fun down. The bathroom was breaking.. Missing fixtures and rusty. The spacious room shown had no room to move between bed and walls. Skeptic in the car is a better option. Not worth 20€ let alone 65€

This stay was simply a proof of respectlessness, room interior was old worn, and significant signs of usage. Hotel workers were loud and noisy, actually yelling to each other in the early morning hours, so no need of an alarm clock 😉 the free breakfast, was the cheapest white bread a super market can offer, and the cheapest cereals together with a very low optionality. No where in the hotel did I meet a worker with work clothes on, they were all"civilians"so you never really knew who were guest and who are employees??

Hotel was ok, but parking is very tight and difficult for anything other than a compact car. Hotel was also located far from anything one would want to see. It would be worth it to find another hotel closer to city center if you wanted to do anything other than sleep.
