I’ve stayed here In the summer a couple times. It is very easy to get in and out and the rooms are clean. There is a nice breakfast spot next door. The people who run it are nice and accommodating. For the money it works great.

Our king sized room was quite large. The room was clean everything in good shape. The shower was awesome nice and big. Appreciated free parking and no resort fee. Close to restaurants didn’t have to go far.

The rooms were very nice. The owners were even nicer. It was about a block to walk to pizza for dinner and a cafe for breakfast, both of which had great food. It was the last night of a ten day/nine night road trip, and it one of the nicest places we stayed, and for a reasonable price. Do recommend.

The property owner and management were very friendly and accommodating, gave great suggestions for activities even helped me out with some tools to fix our seat. The motel has a great location near food and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, hassle free. As soon as we entered the room we were hit with the smell of, still not too sure, garbage that needs to be taken out? septic tank? but it was gross the whole time, even after opening a window. Other than that things were good! Bed was comfy, firm pillows, tv fridge shower toilet were all in functioning and clean condition. Nothing too fancy, just right for the price...although I'd definitely have paid a little more for the place across the street if it didnt smell like a fresh fart...

This little motel is just what we needed in South Tahoe. Off the main drag and walkable to many restaurants for breakfast and dimner. Theoutside is fetting a fresh coat of paint and our room was recently renovated. Very clean, great king mattress and quiet. The proprietor was very friendly and is a hard worker...you can tell by the beautiful lawn! If youre looking for a clean no frills place, this is it!

Room was clean but some simple fixes would go a LONG way. Our shower curtain had to have been several years old. The shower head came to my forehead- I am 5'4". The towels were super rough and old. Beds and room were clean, however, the bed and pillows were super hard. We went to Ross to buy pillows while we there because it was so uncomfortable. Asked for a late check out, they would only give 30 minutes and when I went back to get ice at 12:30, no one was at the hotel. Would not stay here again even though it was clean, just bc they won't do a later check out than 30 minutes and the beds were so uncomfortable. But it was clean!
