    The hotel was clean, and the location was quite good. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Towels were provided, and the room was cleaned every day. However, we were disappointed that the room we received was not the one shown in the photos. It was on the ground floor and had only a very small, high window, more like a ventilation window than a proper one, which made the room less comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and helpful staff were positive aspects, but the room did not fully meet our expectations.

    Check-in had a slight hiccup due to a minor miscommunication between the admin and receptionist, causing a 10-minute wait, and we were informed we’d need to change rooms halfway through. First 2 Nights: Excellent! We stayed on the 1st floor in a very spacious room with a king bed, a single bed, a large bathroom with an exhaust fan, and a window. Next 2 Nights: We moved to the 4th floor. This room was decent and had a window as well, though it was noticeably smaller (about 60% of the size of the first room). Overall: Still a great value for money! Daily housekeeping kept everything clean, and the location near Termini Station is unbeatable.

    Smell like sewer!! I could not sleep because of smell. Really bad smell!!

    Very poor room condition with broken window, no security, could not sleep. No electricity during the whole stay. Could not charge phone. Next day phone got switched off. Got in trouble for site seeing because couldn't show the booking reservations for all the places, which were in the phone only.
