    The entrance to the hotel is not convenient for luggage, (lots of stairs) nor is it accessible. In the shower the counter was moldy, and the shower head was small and really outdated. The "heated" pool is really lukewarm, not at a hot temperature at all. Not a four star experience at all.

    Comfortable room, good breakfast, and nice to have a sauna and small indoor pool. Service lacking in a few areas. No hot water on arrival, but weren't informed and had to call reception to chase; nobody asked whether we'd had a good stay at checkout.
