    Staff is excellent!! Beds are comfortable with nice pillows, good water pressure and hot water. Very Clean and smells great. The only problems were I wasn’t informed they will be drilling ( hammer drilling ) and hammering at 8:15 in the morning after getting to bed at 5am and continuing all day. Had a problem with the TV out all day and they are still working on the swimming pool ! But the entrance looks great and much better !! Improvements are coming I will stay again

    Thank you all staff spicialy the doorman and staff at restaurant 🙏 breakfast time . Only problem I would like to mention is even I asked for a quite room I got a room under Construction

    I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, but this time, unfortunately despite the staff being excellent, the rooms themselves are highly dated and the air-conditioning in at least two rooms we not functioning propertly.. In our first room, we had to contact services about the air-conditioning being too cold and not adjusting to a warmer temperature. During the course of the first night and one morning, a staff member came to repair it, but to no avail . We were given a different room, not an upgrade despite the massive inconvenience. This room was even worse. We put the temperature to 23°, when we came back it was 16°. We put it up again and went out and we came back it was 16°. Again we sent for the repairman and the manager. Within 10 minutes of it being repaired, yup, back to 16°. The manager was kind enough to then put us in a suite which was very nice and it was just for the night. My partner proceeded to put on a bathrobe which had holes all over it. Now this was for a suite where you would expect far better quality. Finally, the furniture is so dated that I took a photo of a office chair behind the desk in the first room and they’re two tears on the seat of the chair. what I believe is happened is that the hotel which is now going to be under a new name because of a massive casino has spent all this money on upgrading the lobby and the casino, that they’ve ignored the rooms. Last year I booked here as well but they were renovating a swimming pool. More than a year later the swimming pool is still being renovated. I believe it’s a miss allocation of resources at the expense of the guests. In light the above I know I will never stay here again. However, I cannot speak highly enough of the very responsive and professional staff. I want to say a special thanks to the duty manager, *** who tried her very best to accommodate us. It was much appreciated.
