I stayed here many times and the room is great and spacious (only restroom is a bit small) with a full sized kitchen and laundry. Location is good and it’s fast to go to and from airport. Staff is ok. Gym and pool are really good.

Alpha Suites is our go to hotel when it comes to birthday and other family celebrations. The room is spacious, bonus is the availability of all the things we need like having pots and pans and restaurants in the area. Our guests can stay and celebrate with us in the afternoon until 10pm evening. The pool is nice and relaxing, my son loves it so much. The staff are friendly , attentive and respectful. The place is clean and cozy. Surely we’ll come back. ❤️

Nice facilities but lacking in basic room amenities and poor service mindset. No hand towels or kitchen towels. Had to ask three times before actions were taken. Even then, excuses were made (run out of towels) without thinking of inconveniences to guests. Had to ask for bigger towels as a remedy. Same thing was repeated exactly the next day even after reminding front desk to replenish the towels; worse still was housekeeping coming to the room to justify lack of response and poor actions. Clearly no service mindset, each justifying their action, passing on the request without follow up, poor systems, poor training on customer needs, lack of leadership to allow housekeeping to do PR work which failed miserably.
