Celebrated my husband’s birthday in here. The place is very clean, relaxing and spacious. The buffet meal selection is superb. The pool is my son’s favorite. We enjoyed the quiet morning. The staff were accommodating. I asked for birthday complimentary and they were quick to send the ballons and the card for free! Plus you can request for pots and pans if you wanted to cook. The amenities are great too! I love the comforting robe and warm shower, plus the toiletries are amazingly complete and good. Kudos The Alpha Suites!

I had to book my family here because it's the venue for my seminar. The staff are very accommodating, especially with our request for late check out since we have our baby with us.
The one bedroom suite is spacious and has a kitchenette, there's also a microwave oven which is useful when we reheat my baby's food.
The only downside is that the television is not a smart tv, we cannot play youtube on it. Nonetheless we had a great stay.

The receptionist,JM, was rude and unhelpful. The rooms aren't the cleanest. The bed linen needs to be replaced. Pic attached.
Location and sports facilities are good.
