    close to everything, easy access to transport, very clean, professional staff from security to hospitality team. Good value for a hotel to stay in the heart of manila

    We were first assigned in a room which smells like cigarettes, we complained to the front desk and later transferred us to a more nicer room. Very good for its price and worth the money. It is also so near in the school so it is very convenient and comfortable to stay.

    This was my first trip to the Philippines and I couldn't've had a better stay the Hotel staff was wonderful they were friendly and courteous. I Booked a airport shuttle to and from the airport the Driver was great in greeting me and making me feel welcomed. the room was nice and spacious something i often struggle with as i am a big and tall guy (I'm 6'4 big and husky build) and the room and bed was amazing the room was clean and the staff would stay on top of the room cleanings they went above and beyond. during the later part of my stay the A/C unit broke down and any other place would ignore the request they went and replaced the whole unit in under a hour i was stunning at the levels they go to ensure guests are satisfied i would highly recommend this hotel and it will definitely be my go to when i visit Manila again.

    We were booked in the annex. Not much facilities and value for 5k a night is not worth it. Staff were very pleasant and excellent. Location - plus for UP tests.
