    Thank you to Mr Kelvyn Ng for the guidance and information about hotel and Bukit Bintang area, he's very informative and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, (1610), a perfect choice for a business travelers, I'll definitely will come back again!!! Dinner at 'The Living Room' is the best so far gym very up-to-date.     Had a really pleasant stay here! The room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space for our family, including our two boys (14 & 11 years old). Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location is another big plus—it’s within walking distance of Bukit Bintang, making it easy to explore the area. The swimming pool is cozy and perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of sightseeing. What impressed us the most was the hospitality. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially the banquet team at the restaurant. They were attentive, welcoming, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Kuala Lumpur.

    Had really good night sleep on the fluffy comfortable bed and a lovely touch with a little bottle of lavender balm. EV charger at hotel gives us peace od mind to charge our car in full for our long distance travels. The helpful and friendly Staff, delicious spread of breakfast and gym facilities make our stay so perfect in the heart of KL.

    Abit upset wit the choice kf breakfast, and some of the food is over cook already. the choice is limited and taste is not too what i looking foward of having a hotel buffet. Both of my kid does not enjy it at all.. Hotel neat and nice but it need too do some upgrade n changes..
