Liked its location, staff were very polite ans helpful and there a lots of shops and malls nearby.
The first room they gave us smelt so they gave us another which was fine. At breakfast we had more than one incident of food running out and having to wait and one where there was hair in the porridge which they quickly sorted out when I brought it to their attention. Overall breakfast was fine. They had a fair amout of choice.
I stayed in the Grand Hyatt hotel the week before and I am sorry to say it does not compare well with that hotel.
Over all I would give it a 4 / 5.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pavillion hotel.the service and staff could not do enough for us. The club room food wad very good….thank you for use of wheelchair for our stay..
We would like to thank Allimat bin Jimin and Farhanna for all they did for us .we will be back to the Pavillion for sure ,if we come back to K.L.

The location is great! Although being in bukit bintang means you will be in traffic central. The room was not very clean. Coffee stains on the bedside table draws the surfaces felt sticky and unclean. I did go round with my wipes. Breakfast was ok as a vegetarian i would have liked more options.
