The location and the staff
One of the staff whose name is Hafiza was so helpful nice friendly and very well mannered she made our stay so wonderful
When there was a technical problem with the lift system no staff were there for guidance lots of people were just sitting on the floor no communication at all

It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and customer centric. Breakfast was great. Though the alakat lunch on day 1 at the Courtyard took a while to be served and order was incorrect, I must say that the staff well made up for it which was appreciated. Oh the convenience of link to shopping mall was great! Rain or shine well accessible.😁
There was construction work in the next building going on past 10 pm. Quite a bit of drilling not sure fr where on the day we checked out (14 June)

Staff courtesy was on point, tables outside for breakfast with a massive fan above it were also a great idea! Access to Pavilion Mall directly from the hotel was great too.
Food in the lounge and breakfast was super average and too much Asian oriented. If you are not Asian or big fan of Asian food, you will struggle. No bathtub in the lounge access room, which usually is there. Gym small and average. In general no soul or captivating style. Just another expensive business hotel, due to its location.
