As the driver had massive jam of more than 2 hrs to get to us, my child was tired and lie down on the sofa to sleep. The security doesnt allow that. We were disappointed. It is not that we can control the road situation.

| booked a Family Room / apartment of 95 m2, but the room allocated to us, ***, does not correspond to the room type and accommodation described in my reservation. | have the official floor plan of apartment *** and its surface is 74 m2. In addition, the apartment presents serious hygiene issues, including a strong unpleasant smell of urine and sewage coming from the bathrooms, as well as a persistent mold odor throughout the entire apartment, which does not meet the standards of your residence. We have already informed the reception, but the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved. | therefore request that you Provide us immediately with the room type and accommodation that we originally booked, at no additional cost;
