The beds setting in both rooms were very clamp. No shelving or bedside table allowed in the bigger room. The door for the smaller room cannot be closed as the single bed is blocking the doorway.
No tissue papers, no hairdryer provided, and worst of all the bath towels were all greyish and soiled.
The shower glass door was not water tight, hence water flow out and wet the entire toilet area. Need to walk with care.

I am extremely satisfied with the administrative arrangements, the check-in and check-out protocols are self- managed. The amenities provided in the unit are adequate meeting my needs. Looking forward to the next stay.

Water leaking from the ceiling in front of the master bedroom toilet, unable to sleep for the whole night,noisy and floor flood with water. Toilet cover also got issue,unable to seat properly.the whole apartment with terrible smell when walking in,provided 2 refresher but the smell never gone. Washing machine with malfunction of the dryer, 4 hours with dryer,the laundry still wet.terrible experience.never book with Lux Suite again.
