    Love our stay during our 5 days in Barcelona. While not located in a the “touristy” area, it’s close to two subway lines, bus stops, and close to a lot of great local restaurants and shops (much preferred over those restaurants that specifically target tourists). They also have an initiative, where you would get free drink for each person in the room if you decline the daily room cleaning!

    I stayed at NH Sants Hotel. The room was clean and the location was convenient, but I had an unpleasant experience: a guest from the neighboring room knocked on our door aggressively to complain about the noise and demanded an apology directly. This kind of issue should have been handled by hotel staff, not by guests confronting each other. We reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken. This incident negatively affected my stay.
