The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and bds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant dinner food was delicious. The VIP lounge is excellent. One of our 4 rooms AC was not working well at all despite two attempts to fix it and unavailability of another room

The front desk, lobby, and restaurant staff were all wonderful!!! Excellent food choices and preparation for breakfasts and dinners.
Only problem was that the room safe did not lock. Spoke to desk staff twice, got new "safe" card, but still did not lock. Therefore, needed to carry money and passport in my purse for 3 days.

Luis, Daniela and Alexis, who che ked us in were the epitome of customer service. They should teach hospitality at the graduate level. Rarely have we had better service and attention. 25 stars and they should all get a big raise!!
The hotel could use a refresh in some spots but still very good value and absolutely 5 stars.
Our TV fritzed and we had to watch the world cup match at the lobby...otherwise excellent!!
