Clean rooms with excellent courteous and helpful staff . Male staff who cleaned our room helped us with our luggage down stairs .Great position able to walk to all our Queenstown activities

The staff were amongst the friendliest we met throughout new Zealand - very helpful and accommodating. The rooms, although older, were well maintained, clean and large. The lodge is an easy walk to the centre of Queenstown.
