common rooms were perfect

We were so surprised how big the room was despite it being a budget accom option and a hostel. We booked a twin bed private room with bathroom and balcony. Heaps of room, very clean and linen, toiletries, tea/ coffee, fridge, smart tv all provided. The house keeping service was also amazing. All our linen was changed, room was cleaned and vacuumed. Basically felt like a hotel. We also had some trouble with the wifi one night while trying to watch a movie but were able to message the staff 24/7 so they were able to fix it immediately. Super impressed with our accom, felt like a hotel. Location is 10/10 for proximity to everything. Would totally recommend for a budget stay.

The only down fall was the bathroom did not have a fan and shower would sort of flood half the floor in the bathroom. Additionally, the noise from the bars & nightclubs is super loud, but with ear plugs it’s totally fine. The hostel also provided earplugs to us which was great

The location was excellent in the city, walking distance to local attraction.

The heating system was very bad. The room was too cold and we had to connect via app to get the temperature increase which is not realistic. Ideally should have remote control in room and electric blanket.
