The location is excellent, the room itself is cosy, has a great view, and the kitchen is well stocked so that you can cook for yourself. 10 minutes from the airport!
For a place called "Spa Bed and Breakfast" it only delivers on one of them. It's a lot of money for a room and a shared bathroom.

The location is awesome! Josef is a great host. The place has a very nice kitchen which is common but very clean. Rooms are comfy and and toilets are clean.
The bed is a bit uncomfortable. It was too mushy and springy which hurt our backs a little.

Bedroom and shared bathroom are clean. Bathroom has heating system.
After sunset, hard to get there. It’s too dark around there. I expected there is the explanation about the facilities like how to use spa, but none. Wall is thin so it depends on your luck you can have pleasant sleep or not.
