    This hotel is near to the airport and is about 30 mins drive/ bus from Queenstown downtown area. It is best to have a rental car though it is important to note that there is only limited free parking. Otherwise public carpark nearby is NZD 11 for 24 hours which is reasonable.

    Staff members( Sweet, Carol, and Clarence)were very helpful and approachable! The receptionist also was so kind. We will come back next year.

    Stay was ok but as is the case all over NZ, room servicing was very haphazard and all over the place. Generally you can be out all day and come back to a room that still hasnt been made up. It would appear that they don't have enough staff for that size of a hotel. Also, some of them would tell you they would clean at a certain time and then not follow through, bit strange.

    This hotel is in a very convenient spot—it's just a 5-minute drive (or a 20-minute walk) from the airport, and located right near the supermarkets, which made grabbing essentials incredibly easy. While it is about a 15 to 20-minute drive into the main Queenstown town center, the convenience and peaceful location more than make up for it. On top of that, the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
