    Although a bit old, location is great and ideal for big group or family. Apartment also has a kitchen and living room area.

    Solely based on the location, this is the best property you can buy in this rate. If you're not expecting much, just there for the sleep, go for it. But, good things end there. Limited hot water, broken locks, damaged electrical appliances, etc really dampen things. The staff is good, nothing extra ordinary, but good. They do reply promptly, if you find them at the reception. It was strange, the reception was empty randomly at any time of the day. They took our requests and complaints seriously but don't expect immediate assistance. All in all, for the price the location is extra ordinary. Don't expect much and you'll be fine.
