Location. this was the final hotel of our Queenstown road trip so we wanted to be close to the airport. it was perfect and neat. value for money. there was a washing machine and dryer! i really like appreciate when this is part of the amenities because it means that we are not going home with dirty laundry
the shower was broken. property management should be better at monitoring the state of the hotels amenities/facilities. perhaps an upgrade to a smart tv too that allows casting.

Enjoyed the closeness to supermarket and airport. Good to have a washing machine and drier in the apartment.
We had to ask for towels, bath mat and hand towel as none in room. TV only worked on plus channels and no channel 3. There was only one pot to cook in with no lid. Had to ask for a frying pan. Expensive for what we got. Bed was comfortable though.
