    I stayed at this hostel on two separate occasions. The first stay was pleasant, with friendly reception staff and relaxing bean bags in the common area, and my name was correctly written on the welcome board of the assigned room. During my second stay, however, I encountered an enthusiastic front desk employee—who appeared to be an international work-and-travel guy with limited customer service experience. The staff intentionally assigned and guided me to a room with a view of a blank wall at check-in. This seemed unusual, as the hostel typically displays guests’ names on a welcome board for each room. When I noticed (in 10 mins after that) my name listed for a room with a mountain view and asked the staff about it, he simply called it a “mistake made by another staff” and without offering any apology for their "so-called mistakes". The situation felt suspicious and clearly inconsistent with the fair treatment I received during my first visit.
