Beautiful Hotel, great amenities and clean room. Nice gym facility and martini bar. Panoramic rooftop views as well. Trong was helpful in securing a no-fee 2:30pm checkout for me as well on my last day.

Beautiful, historic hotel in great location. Staff were all wonderful. I highly recommend booking a room with Signature Room access. The included breakfast, drinks and dinner in a club-like atmosphere on the 9th floor. Unless you plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel, I recommend you avoid the room upgrade offer they make when checking in. It was a waste for my stay and I screwed up by taking it

My third time in Caravell and will go back on my next business travel. Everything works, personable service, good gym, properly hot sauna and cool cold plunge for morning exercise. Great central location.
