Overall there was a lovely feel to the hotel, a grand old 5 star hotel with the history of the place really well celebrated, which is why I booked it. The rooms are very large and well maintained.
Some areas of the hotel seem a little neglected.
The lift system is very confusing.

Everything. The location very central (near big mall etc). Hotel is clean and the gym is very big (one of the best gym for hotel).
