We had a fantastic time at Savvy by M. It was our first time in HCM, so the hotel’s convenient location, just a short walk from a Nola massage, food options and craft beers, was a huge bonus. The friendly staff added to our overall experience.

Some hiccups by Savvy by M Village Hai Ba Trung upon check-in after landed HCMC. We have paid for deluxe city view room before the trip. Unfortunately, Savvy assigned a wrong room & told us that was the last available room which no view. Danny from Savvy M helped us resolved the issue by arranging us to another hotel within the group @ M Village Hotel Premier Thi Sách. Bad news again, we got the last vacant room with no view. :( However, the stay with M Village Thi Sach is super pleasant. Altot we got 1st floor n corner room for our anniversary trip. The management aware the mistake & send us 💐 to apologise. Water pressure n A/C are powerful. Heater is good. Bed is solid which good for us. Pillows need improvement. Lift is fast. Lobby is spacious. Hotel provides laundry area. Can hear some noise when people talking at the corridor. Considered quiet room coz minor noise from streets. Prime location walk to Opera house, Vincom Center, Cafe Apartment, Saigon Post Office & etc. Throughout the stay, we thanks for @Johnny @Sam @Kendrick @housekeeping that making our stay so wonderful. Lastly, special thanks for the team that accommodated us well. We highly recommend this hotel.
