There were few broken items in the room such as tv remote backpanel did not stay on, toiletpaper holder was almost off the wall. Other than that I had a pleasant stay

Very nice and could have got 5* if desk had been clean and not sticky and floor outlet had not been dry. Flushing from other rooms quite audible until I filled the outlet with a couple of glasses of water. Waste basket not fresh.

The hotel is conveniently located straight in Messukeskus, so you can visit your room during the fair. It is in ok condition. Very limited food choices in the restaurant, only junk food. The service was terrible, the waitress was noticably not pleased that we disturbed her peace.

The room is as hot as a sauna. Why can't you turn on the air conditioning in advance? All the curtains are open and the sun is shining in. The parking garage is ridiculous. The parking space is mainly intended for pedal cars. The staff and hotel management have reserved the best spots for themselves. Never again to this particular hotel. The worst of the worst.

The hotel was beautiful, the service was great, the location was amazing for me, who went to work at the Messukeskus, and the breakfast was delicious. But the cleaning was disappointing. I arrived, and the low table was full of breadcrumbs, the night table had a raisin, and in both beds I found long hairs. The tables stayed like that until I left, despite the bed was made every day.

Great hotel, next door to the exhibition centre, train station less than 5mins away with line servicing the center (1 stop away) and the airport ( direct , about 30mins journey costing 4.80 euros single way). Staff very friendly, room was clean and nicely layered. Restaurant and bar food very good.

Arriving to the hotel was not so friendly, slow action and almost unfriendly in the reception. I felt I was there for the official and not the opposite. But the room, the breakfast and other things worked well.

Clean hotel in a conviently located next to the exhibition halls. Breakfast nothing special, restaurants not very good both food and service wise, reception service unfriendly and I experienced even some unacceptable mistakes.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Bed comfy (even softer vs firmer pillows to choose from). There were table and chair for working, which was good. And as a cherry on the top; even a little couch for just chilling. Thank you, it was a very comfortable stay.
