Amazing. Could recommend this hotel more. It’s worth every dime! The only negative would be that the golf wasn’t amazing and didn’t feel like the staff member was as warm and welcoming as the others at the hotel.

If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side.

Very expensive. The hotel is great. Very good facility and amenities. And the view is amazing. But!! the price doesn’t worth it. We stayed at other hotels in the area and while they were simpler hotels - they were great. And the breakfast was as good if not better. And the room was the same size. And they coast 25%

Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!

Our stay at the property was very disappointing and definitely not worth the exorbitant price being charged. A week before our stay, the hotel informed us that several pools, restaurants and facilities would no longer be available as they had a hotel wide event the day before and would be packing up. In addition, when we arrived to check in after 3pm, we were told our room was unavailable as they were still cleaning up post the event. The check in staff were dismissive of our concerns and quite rude. Whilst the spa and the location of the hotel is amazing, at over $2,500 per night, the service was poor and the amount of guests meant that there was always a long wait for breakfast, drinks or any assistance from staff. It did not feel exclusive or worth the price tag, and we have had significantly better experiences for far less money.

Great hotel with once in a life infinity pool. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, and the service in restaurant was excellent! Definitely something to write home about.
