    Haven’t stayed here for many years. Pleasantly surprised as was better than I recall. Good size, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice L’Occitane amenities as well. I was a bit worried that it would be noisy if staying on a lower floor but I didn’t have any issues.

    Druv at main desk was not helpful at all when we tried checking in on our first night because he cannot see our reservation even though we booked it 1-2 hours before arriving. We got disturbed not only once but twice by cleaning staff wanting to clean the room because apparently we have already checked out, waking us up at 7am in the morning. Also the first room we stayed in did not have any hot water in the shower therefore had to go to a different room to use the bathroom.

    We had a lovely time, our 50th weddings anniversary with family, children loved the pool, food was great in Italian restaurant 😋 , great comfy beds, very clean room,. The only downside of stay after paying your prices then to be charged for parking.

    we find that they did not fill the shower conditioner and shampoo when my friend was in shower. that why my friend stoped shower in between and wait for them more than 30 min to fill that item that cause we taken shower in mid night so bad
