Towering two stories high and spanning over 2,600 square feet, this spacious rental is perfect for groups. The main living spaces are thoughtfully laid out to bring everyone together. The living room, located on the second floor, was furnished with relaxation in mind—curl up on the couch and turn on the Smart TV to unwind from your time spent on the beach. Take advantage of the wine cooler and wet bar in the living room to craft your favorite beverages and enjoy them on the balcony as the sun sets on another wonderful vacation day.
The amazing kitchen, located on the first floor, features luxurious touches including marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Prepare snacks for the beach or gather for a post-sunset meal with coastal-inspired appetizers. The kitchen island and breakfast bar are ideal for serving and socializing. There is also a private gas grill in case you feel like preparing hotdogs or hamburgers one evening.

On the second floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom with balcony access, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The house is decent & large. There is a lot close by. I did feel like the kitchen was lacking a few very basic items, like an oven mitt. I don’t care for the part where we are expected to provide our own toilet paper & rolls of paper towels for example.

The location was ideal! Close to the beach, shopping and sighting seeing. We are a multi-generational family ages from 23 to 75. This home met all of our needs and more

First of all we had an overall good time. The description of the house is misleading. It states that the living room and the kitchen are on the second floor when the kitchen is actually on the first floor and the living room is on the second floor. The stairs are steep and very narrow.
