Das Zimmer und die Rezeption bzw. das Personal an der Rezeption waren dem Haus entsprechend wirklich sehr gut!
Im Restaurent wurden wir bei mäßigem Besuch 35 Minuten lang nicht bedient - wir sind dann gegangen! In der mäßig besuchten Rooftopbar ist eine eigenmächtige Sitzplatzänderung mit grobem Kommentar und Verbot begleitet worden - das muss nicht sein! Ob es bei einem solchem eher hochpreisigen Haus nötig ist, für die Tiefgarage extra zu verlangen - da bin ich mir nicht sicher!

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, um eine Messe zu besuchen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer freundlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr umfangreich.
An der Beleuchtung lässt sich in fast jedem Hotel noch was verbessern.

The Location. Everything is New and Shiny. View of the castle. Very nice, helpful staff.
it was rather expensive for Eisenstadt and they charged an extra 28 euros for my small dog. The room was small – but I’m used to American hotel rooms.

Location great tarrace, breakfast and view. New venue.
Toilet was very strong urin smell and in the room there was a smell of the air freshner and not the clean air. I really did not expect it in the new hotel. The rooftop was unavailable due to the private party but was not communicated we dressed up and ended up being stop by the waiter at the rooftop. SPA robe was not in the room.
