I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is my preferred choice in Vienna. It has a great location, even though it is not in the most central part of the city. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and very well maintained. In the past I've had a few instances where the staff was quite disengaged, but this time everyone was super responsive and friendly. If it stays this way I will keep coming back.
Some updates to the rooms will be welcome, e.g. some of the furniture is starting to show signs of wear that do not match the ambitions of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms and facilities.
Limited room service offering. Hotel promised 24/7 room service but was advised no stock available on most nights. They didn’t even have stock of beers to sell when asked. We stayed there for 5 nights during the world cup and the only sports channels were not working in the rooms and the hotel didn’t have any other TV showing the world cup in the entire building. This was pretty disappointing.
