All staff are friendly and nice — Matthew is the best! Also the location is great — close to Metro, RER and Bus stops! Will stay here again!

The only reason I chose this place was because there's AC, and that's all it has. The room and bed was comfortable and clean, however the bed i got assigned has bed bugs, it was my first day of travel during my trip. I woke up in the midnight from the bites and immediately inform the staff, the girl didn't care much that I had to show her the bites on my arms and beg for her kindness. She then only unwillingly asked me to check the other room if has available bed, how come she can't see if the bed is available on the system? I had to go to the other room to check it myself, and then come back to her to tell her it's available. I did it because I desperately need to get out of my original bed which is full of bed bugs. Not to mention, the bathroom is always dirty and full of water leak out from the shower all the time.

The AC in the room is powerful and exactly what we need during a hot Sept due to global warming. Room is comfy but the bathroom is just downright deplorable. One of the only two toilets seats were broken and the showers were always wet and messy. I wonder if the cleaners only do cleaning once in the morning and pretty much it. Overall 50/100
