    It was okay for a quick stay but not recommendable. It was truly noisy and creaking upstairs if you’re situated on the ground floor upon check in and also through the evening and in the morning. What’s worse is that there was construction in the next room at 8am and compensation wasn’t offered outright. I had to complain and request for a compensation due to the inconvenience and I was only offered a 12nn check out rather than a room upgrade or something else.

    The property offers excellent value for money, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Wi-Fi and hot water are reliable, and the location is convenient for transport links and walkability, though the view leaves something to be desired. Facilities could use some improvement, but overall, it's a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

    The welcome was good, the staff helpful, but the rooms were poor. I stayed in two different rooms, by agreement with Ryan at Reception. The first was a ground-floor room, though it was in the basement. It was one of three cell-like rooms with solid steel doors. Two single beds, not much room to move. Two people arrived next door at 2am and talked loudky for an hour. The second was at the front of the top floor and I had help taking my luggage. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Not much more than one bed wide and long. London was very hot. Having the window open made it very noisy from the street in front and the garbage truck that called around at half past midnight. Closing the window made it insufferably hot. Happy to leave.
