    W12 Rooms offers good value for money with its central location next to Westfield mall in Shepherds Bush, clean and cosy rooms and very helpful staff available 24x7. Can be a bit loud due to the busy road, but the comfortable bed and hot shower made our stay nice, would stay here again.

    Whoever is at the reception desk when you arrive are so friendly and helpful. It's never a problem to leave your luggage if you arrive early. This time the receptionist even checked me in and got my case taken to my room when it was ready. A testament to staff training and job satisfaction, I stay at alot of different hotels in the area for work and W12 stands out for me in terms of value for money and customer experience.
