    It rates as just about OK. Being refurbished... And since late last year. Told only painting now... But they must use circular saw to paint. Room 308 was a cell/ box. Small window facing a dark internal void. Room well cleaned daily and a/c goid. But things are worn out like the bathroom door! Breakfast (complimentary) is small serving and strange combinations like bacon and toast n jam mmbut no egg... Apparently Americans prefer this ? Go with the Filipino options, small but well presented. Staff all neatly turned out, helpful and good. Street is not noisy. Close to many things, food, shopping, Drs Hospital, pharmacy, govt. Best point is the reception area, it really gets your hopes up...

    This used to be our Go To Hotel when in Cebu. Used to be budget friendly with good amenities & facilities. But it’s deteriorating while price is increasing. The only remaining plus for me booking this hotel is its location because it’s near the good restaurants, just walking distance.
