    Room is old but clean, sink was blocked but I just didnt report it becoz I only stay overnyt. Hopefully they will just check it before making the room ready. Good location and staff were friendly

    Overall, I appreciate the hotel staff for being accommodating and taking the time to listen to my concern regarding my request to move my booking. Although the request was not approved, I still appreciate their assistance and professionalism throughout the process. In terms of value for money, the hotel is reasonably priced, but there are a few areas that could still be improved to make the stay more comfortable: 1. Lighting: Additional lighting in the room would be helpful, especially in areas that feel a bit dim. 2. Television: Upgrading the TV would improve the overall guest experience. 3. Air-conditioning remote: The batteries of the remote should be replaced, as they were not functioning properly. 4. Location: The area around the hotel tends to experience flooding during heavy rain, which may be something guests should consider when booking. 5. 5th-floor hallway: There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke along the hallway.
