    The hotel is just walking distance to mall. The staff are very friendly from the guard to reception. The room is clean at a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again

    Stayed for my half-marathon the next day. Near the grandstand area so could just walk to my race. Has all you need for a quick stay.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment my colleagues and I received from one of your front desk staff members, Ms. Nicky Carrera, during our recent stay at Vieve Hotel. We are a group of teachers who checked in recently and were disappointed by the service provided. Firstly, upon our arrival, Ms. Carrera did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. A warm welcome and a simple smile are basic courtesies that were noticeably absent. Secondly, despite my prior request for adjacent rooms through my online booking, Ms. Carrera insisted that it was not possible to accommodate us in such a manner. When I pleaded with her to make an effort or at least check if it could be arranged on the same floor, she showed no willingness to assist us. Her lack of effort in addressing our request was quite disappointing. Thirdly, the key card she provided did not work, which forced me to return to the front desk to get a functioning one. This added inconvenience could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. Furthermore, Ms. Carrera engaged in an argument with my superior regarding the treatment we received during our stay. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry. Based on these experiences, it appears that Ms. Carrera may not be fully committed to her role or perhaps has become overly familiar with her duties to the point where she no longer provides the level of service expected of a front desk officer. Her lack of pleasantness, accommodation, and willingness to apologize when confronted about her behavior suggests a need for immediate attention and retraining. We believe that these actions do not reflect the standards that Vieve Hotel aims to uphold. We respectfully request that you address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not experience similar dissatisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to see improvements in the future and look forward to a more pleasant experience should we choose to stay at Vieve Hotel again.
