    The location is fantastic making it easy to get around and the facilities are top notch, enhancing overall experience. The staff are friendly and attentive and cleanliness was well maintained through out the stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, but housekeeping could use some improvement to match the hotel room. Need to paint the room and comfort room. Otherwise excellent standard

    We are staying in this hotel gor almost 6 pr 7 yrs now i guess i like the bed cause its big we always take 2 rooms but this time me and my husband so disappointed, we arrived at the hotel on august 10 at 2am in the morning, as always we took 2 rooms with 3 adults and 4 kids so i devide like in 1 room my mom and 2 kids 9 and 6 yrs old and the other room was me my husband and my 2 kids 3yrs and 4 month old baby but with my surprise the reception she asked me for extra pay for my 3 yrs old she said as per rules its only allowed 1 baby free below 8 years old since we have 3 yrs and newborn so we have to pay extra 900 per night for my 3 years old since were going to stay for 3 nights imagine 2 kids are small baby still 3 yrs old we call that baby but already have a charge means if i have a newborn twins with us in the room still i have to pay for extra charge for the other newborn? How ridiculous! So since we cannot to do anything we accept to pay buy on that time we dont have enough cash since we arrived late we try to ask for favor if we can pay in the morning as we are too much tired from the flight my 6 yrs old is crying so much coz she has pain un the ear due to jetlag, but they didn't accept they say pay as u check in, we already booked for 3 nights and 2 room only for the extra charge we ask favor if we can give the money in the morning but still no consideration even we have a lot of kids and the time 2am 1 kid crying coz of ear pain but still their answer is no so we try to find a way to give them the 2700 for extra charge! And i guess this will be out last stay in this hotel after what happen even you are a regular costumer its useless they dont value good and regular customer! Im so disappointed for the management of this hotel this time! We even stay in tagaytay for 5 nights same 2 rooms same 2 kids with us in the room but we never pay extra charge the hotel in tagaytay never asked for extra charge for 1 kid. Lesson learned! Call the hotel and make sure to verify how many kids free to stay in the room with parents.
