    Check in for 2 nights and the receptionist did not inform us both of our rooms aircon is not working. We came back late at night and realised that my room don’t even have a window to open. Couldn’t sleep the whole nite as it was very stuffy n warm. The next day, I requested for change of room and was given a room again with aircon not working. The only saving grace is that there is a window to open. They don’t even provide a fan!!! The breakfast was another horrible experience as most bananas were already blacken. I spent more than 220 euros a night for a room that is very small and aircon not working without window. I am a frequent traveler with more than 40 nights hotel stay per year. I will be seeking compensation via Agoda n I hope Agoda do a thorough investigation on my complaint.

    I stayed here for 3 nights, and the room was the perfect size for one person. The location was a bit more out of the way from the central parts of Amsterdam, but it was a very nice quieter part of town. It was also within 12 minute walks to bus or tram stations, and a shorter walk to Vondelpark or De Hallen. The hotel staff were all lovely. One night, I locked myself out of my room and the man who helped me was so friendly and helpful despite being very obviously busy with other things.

    Dirty no equipment , staff rude when i went back to complain it was dirty they said if you want better go to 5 * …. Don’t go there ever
